Aunt Dot's Victorian B&B is located at 9625 Main Road in East Marion, NY.

One night stays are accepted.

A deposit of 50% is required when the reservation is made.  The remainder is due upon arrival.  I accept Visa or Master Card for payment.

In case of cancellation: If notification is received 14 days prior to reservation date a full refund of deposit will be made, less a $25 administrative fee.  If less than 14 days notice given, and  I am able to rebook the room than you will be charged the $25 administrative fee only.  However, if I am unable to rebook the room and you have not given me 14 days notice, the full fee will be charged.  There can be no refund for early departure.

Check in is between 3pm and 5pm; early or late arrivals can be accommodated with prior notice.  Check out is at 11am. 

Unfortunately I am unable to accommodate your pets.  Children under the age of 12, can only be accommodated if you reserve all 3 rooms for your stay. 

Aunt Dot’s is a smoke free environment open year round.
